General terms and conditions of New Ballet & Balance by Esther

1. Ballet/theater dance and a mix of modern/jazz techniques are being taught.
2. There are 3 cancellation moments during the year: before December 1st, before April 1st, and before July 1st.
   The customer is responsible for prompt payment trough the invoice sent by email within a period of 14 days.
   In the event of late payment, all legal costs and extra legal costs will be borne by the customer. Collection costs ^1st reminder €10,00, ^2nd reminder €20,00 euros.
   If you cancel too late, you have to pay one month’s notice.
3. Please note that if registration starts after the autumn, spring or May holidays, you can only cancel in the following block. The customer is responsible for prompt payment trough the invoice sent by email within the period of 14 days.
   In the event of late payment, all legal costs and extra legal costs will be borne by the customer. Collection costs^1st reminder 10 euros, ^2nd reminder 20 euros.
4. After 2 trial lessons, the registration form must be submitted immediately on the ^1st final day of lessons, otherwise participation in the lesson cannot be granted.
   By signing the registration form you agree to all general terms and conditions and rates.
   You will receive the ^1st invoice from the ^1st day of lessons, the trial lessons should be paid in cash at the start of the trial lessons (€9,50 toddler/preschooler) (€10,50 child)
   The registration fee is €12,00.
5. The tuition fee should also be paid if the student does not participate in the lessons. In case of illness and/or other matters, it is not possible to suspend or settle the tuition fee. This also applies to holidays that are held outside normal school hours.
6. a. New Ballet & Balance is not responsible for theft and/or damage to the student’s property.
   b. You accept the fact that this sport entails a possible increased risk of damage, although close attention is paid during the lesson to how the student performs the exercises.
   c. New Ballet & Balance is not liable for damage of any nature that is not covered by the liability insurance taken out by the ballet school.

Cancellation: The agreement via the registration form is for an indefinite period until you cancel before the stated 3 dates above in point 2.
Cancellation cannot be done by text message, WhatsApp, email, bank statement, verbally or by telephone. This is not accepted.
Cancellation can only be done IN WRITING by letter before the stated date.

The date of receipt at the above address determines the notice period.
The cancellation letter may also be handed over personally to the teacher, but this must also be done BEFORE the relevant cancellation date (see point 2).

In case of differences in interpretation between the English and Dutch versions of these Therme and conditions, the original Dutch version shall prevail.
