The tuition fee must also be paid if the student does not participate in the lessons. In the event of illness and/or other matters, it is not possible to suspend or settle the tuition fee. This also applies to holidays that are held outside normal school hours.

Cancellation: The agreement through the registration form is for an indefinite period of time.

Cancellation cannot be made via text message, WhatsApp, email, bank statement, verbally or by telephone. This is not accepted.

The date of receipt at the above address determines the notice period.
The cancellation letter may also be handed to the instructor in person but that too must be done BEFORE the relevant cancellation date (see general conditions point 2).
